Gurpreet K Bhatia is a communications and partnerships professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of strategic communications, donor engagement, strategic partnerships and proposal writing, working in a cross-cultural global environment. Before joining CAF India, she has worked with organisations like International Union Against TB and Lung Disease (The Union), BBC Media Action, The Lalit Hotels and Stylemart, Singapore. She is keenly interested in issues related to gender equality, adolescent health and hygiene, maternal and child health, TB and comorbidities. She is part of various forums advocating for women rights, gender equality and human rights. She was part of the The Union South-East Asia delegation at the World Lung Conference, Guadalajara, Mexico in 2017. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Post-Graduate Diploma in Design and Communications from Pearl Academy of Fashion, Certificate on effective grant writing in public health from Indian Institute of Public Health.
