Meenakshi Batra is a seasoned and widely recognized professional with over 24 years' experience in international development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and not-for-profit sector. Her skills include a wide range of development sector approaches, institutional donor programme management, organizational development, budget and strategic planning. Meenakshi has extensive experience in the area of civil society, child and human rights, poverty and vulnerabilities, equity and social exclusion, gender and masculinities. She has served in various leadership roles with international development and humanitarian agencies in South and South East Asia. Meenakshi has successfully led large country programmes in India, Afghanistan and Indonesia working with leading international development NGOs.
