Sasmita is Manager- Programmes with CAF India. She has served in diffèrent capacities at the local, state and national levels in the development sector for 18 years, with organizations like Caritas India, UNICEF, Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS), Micronutrient Initiative, Reach to Teach and also has provided advisory and consultation services to numérous organisations including CAF-India. Her passion and expertise lies in promoting sustainable community development through animation and capacitation of Women and youth. She believes in positioning children as agents of change and center of development through enforcement of Child Rights and Child Protection.
