Tanuja wears many hats. At Aon, she currently works as a Senior Director, Global Strategic Optimization and Transitions Leader, driving project management, transformations and transitions. She is also leading the organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and Women International Network for Aon India. Tanuja is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience, handling end-to-end project management - from designing Solutions till Go Live, change management methodology and designing training roadmaps. She is also a certified trainer at Aon for Diversity and Inclusion and have authored six management books for All India Management Association.
