Vanya has an academic background in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and has an experience of over 14 years working in social sector as well as commercial organisations. She has closely worked on the issues of education, financial inclusion and women empowerment. In her present role, Vanya manages à diverse project portfolio that include art & craft based livelihoods, education & skill building, nutrition, environment and women empowerment. With a mix of corporate and social sector experience, Vanya brings unique mix and insights on the table
